MySQL

Good day all,

How do I grant access to user to create databases and tables?

I can create databases when I logged in as the root user.

However, when I logged in as another user, I have encountered the following error message:

"MySQL Error: 1044 (Access denied for user: '@' to database '')"


Please assist.
