My Ubuntu hangs up on Ebay and Chase bank

Hi, just 3 days ago my Ebay account hangs up when I logged into "My Ebay".
The same thing happened with my account on my Chase bank as soon as I got my Ubuntu. The rest of my bank accounts are 'still' OK. I don't have any problem with my MS computer.
I hope you can solve my problem.

Ubuntu is an operating system; not an internet browser.

Are you saying that trying to access those two sites causes Ubuntu to hang, or is it the browser you are using that fails to access your accounts? I can't imagine anything would cause Ubuntu to hang, but the browser you are using may not be supported (or worse actively blocked) by those sites.

So, the essential question is: which browser were you using when you tried and failed to access your accounts?

Hi, my brower is Firefox on Ubuntu and MS, the only thing hangs up is my Ubuntu operating system with Chase and now Ebay...., my Microsoft is working fine.
