i have RH 7.3 on my comp.
how to play mp3 in text mode?

I prefer using a program called mp3blaster www.freshmeat.net

However you can always look for www.mpg123.org or wishbone I think plays CD's in text mode.

and you can use your favorite Printer progs to send MP3 to your mp3 progs HEHEHE. BSD printing system is so well made you can use it to almost anything, like playing MP3 :P
