Mp280


hey guys I just installed Mageia 2 64 kde I seem too like there format interface and I got everything working except I can't seem to get my mp280 canon to configure in my scanner when I go in mageia control center and try to configure the scanner it says it not recognized so I was wondering what other mp it compatible.

The mp280 is supported by the sane-pixma backend. Is it installed?

There are installation instructions. Look in the online repos for Magia to see if there is a package for this backend, before you try to donwnload and compile the backend.
