Movies; VCD?

A lot of the time when I download movies, I get a folder with a whole load of files like this one:

Just what should I do with these files; something in K3B that I can use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

they're rar files... bittorrents favourite. you need to unrar htem. whatever site you're using to downlaod from will have an faq to cover this. essentially you need the unrar command in linux.

There's just loads of odd files there. A whole bunch of torrents have the content like that; I'm using good ol' suprnova... no FAQ there.
