mounted drives
 

Dear all,

how to make mounted drives to be persistent upon shutdown ..

PC 1

drive : /d01
drive : /d02

PC 2

Drive : /d01
Drive : /d03 (mounted drive of PC1:/d02)

Added entry in /etc/fstab

if am restarting PC 1.. mounted drives are not seen in PC 2..I have to restart NFS service in PC1 to enable this.. any idea to overcome this ?

Are you sure that all drives are in /etc/fstab and that NFS is starting at boot?

Can you post /etc/fstab as well as any relevant sections of boot logs?
