monitor system resources per user


Hello,

Does anyone know of any opensource software to monitor system resources on a per user id basis for Redhat Linux? I am looking for a daemon server that would run (not something like 'top') and report on the usage statistics.

thanks, but I need something that will run all the time and produce data that can be used in reports, graphs, .etc...
