Monitor Sleep Mode

I just installed Red Hat Linux 7.1 yesterday, and everything is going fine. I just have one question: How do I turn on the monitor sleep mode? In Windows, after about 5 minutes the screensaver comes on and after another 5 minutes, the monitor goes to sleep. How do I enable that in Linux?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Control Center has the power management features in gnome. It's in the screensavers section of the desktop settings. the command is gnomecc
