Monitor refresh rate?

I have a Compaq Trinitron P700 and I don't have the manual because I got it at goodwill. But when I set up my xorgconfig it asks me what my refresh-rate and stuff is. But I don't know what the refresh rate of this monitor is!

Any ideas?

Use a conservative value (60hz, for example), or google for it
