modprobe

hi

kernel 2.6.12
how to change the modprobe default behaviour to --force-vermagic as default ?

Just setup an alias:

alias modprobe='modprobe --force-vermagic'

You can add this alias to roots .bashrc so it is always created.

You can type "alias" to see existing alias definitions for examples.
