Missing Harddrive space...

/dev/sdc1 276G 44G 219G 17% /mnt/storage3

276-44 = 232 != 219

Anyone know where the missing 13 gig went?

I'm assuming this space is used for the filesystem. It's an ext3 filesystem, my friend also has the same problem, are there any filesystems that use less of the space in the void?

By default an ext2/3 filesystem reserves 5% for root use. Which in your case is about 13GB. The purpose of reserved space is to reduce fragmentation as well as allow root to access the filesystem in case it becomes full. You can use tune2fs to reduce this amount.
