Minimalism - Fluxbox?

Was wondering what windows manager would create a GUI like this:

very minimalistic, no task bars, no icons... ALL options would be hotkey'd and accessable right click... I was thinking fluxbox. Think it'd work? My mission is to create a minimalistic GUI similar to the link but not identical.

Any help would be great.
