migrate / transfer / copy unix users from true 64 to CentOS 5.0

I have a Unix server True 64 which has 300 users. I want to copy all the users with the current rights and passwrods and groups to another server which is an CentOS 5.0 64 bit.

How do i do that ?

I need the commands for the true 64 unix server in order to copy the users from that server to another.
First question, is it possible ? From which i know, i think yes... but it needs to do in a certanly way, first the groups, and then the users, passwords, shadow, etc because if i first copy the users and then the groups, it will not work with the current rights / permissions.

Any other advice ?
