Microsoft Outlook to KOrganizer

I'm looking for the outlook2vcal tool but all the links I've found send me to out of date sites or I get an Error 404 message. Does anybody know where I can download this tool or if not any tool that will convert my Outlook calendar into a format that I can import into KOrganizer.

The last PST conversion I did was in Oct 2009, but on that occasion I used readpst. My notes on the import choices:
readpst -M
ok with an Evolution 2 import, but definitely not perfect
readpst -k
not ok as it does not create the ./cur ./new ./tmp directories
readpst -r
ok with a Thunderbird/Mozilla import
but you then have to move the mbox messages to get them separate

Try IMAP as a bridge

One way to do this is to use an IMAP server. The mail will go from outlook to IMAP then you can bring is in to whatever email client you prefer.

Outport's status claims to be of 2003. Doesn't look like it can handle 64 bit appliances, but I might be wrong there.
