MD5 Checksums for ISOs in Windows?

I just downloaded the Mandrake 8.2 ISOs and I am wondering it there is a util that I can use to check the MD5 checksums from within Windows. I found a DOS based util called MD5.exe, but it says it can't open the ISOs everytime I try to use it. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it's the right program. What's the error exactly?

Mandrake82-cd2-ext.i586.iso can't be opened

I can run checksums on just about any file except the ISOs and any linux RPMs I have on the system. They all say the file can't be opened.

Strange... Maybe it's because of long filenames? Try to give the files shorter names.

This is the latest windows version from:
http://www.md5summer.org/

The DOS version sometimes requires you to rename the iso to be compatible with DOS file name limits.
