mapping a function with key

I want to made this function to be inserted at the present cursor position
Code:

nmap  :call Insrt_frame() function! Insrt_frame()  :put='\begin{frame}'  :put='\frametitle{Motivation}'  :put=''  :put='\end{frame}'  :call cursor(6,5) endfunction
and after that, the cursor should go at the 3rd line of the function(the empty one). How can I do that?

NB: the code is formatted in a bit messy way, dont know why

You need either an IDE for the language you're using or an editor with macro facilities, like vi, emacs, or nedit (more modern interface than vi or emacs).
