Making a customized RPM based live CD
Hi.
I need to make a live-CD for disaster recovery purposes, and thought I'd just add the necessary files/packages to an allready existing live CD. The recovery software is RPM based, so I figure I should use an RPM based live CD.
The aims is to have a live CD I can boot from to get the recovery software up and running, and then point this software to the correct backups (i.e. servers/paths). The CD should be as generic as possible so that it can be used to recover arbitrary machines.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there any easy-to-use open source software I use for?
