Question Mailbox Migration from MCIS to Cyrus

i have to migrate 16.000 mailboxes (about 15GB) from MCIS (forerunner to Microsoft Exchange) to Cyrus IMAP server.

The only way that i found, is to use the IMAP protocol. I tested a few tools that a found on and IMAPSYNC was for the best one. Everything works perfect from MCIS to Cyrus except the duration of the migration.
For about 250 Mailboxes (approx. 350Mb) it lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. You see, for my 16.000 mailboxes this way of migration takes a few days!

The MCIS mailbox format is EML.

My questions:

- Has anybody of you ever migrated from an MCIS (or Exchange Server) to Cyrus IMAP server and how?

- Is there a tool to convert the EML mailboxes to Cyrus mailboxes?

- other suggestions?
