Question Mailbox Migration from MCIS to Cyrus

Hello,

i have to migrate 16.000 mailboxes (about 15GB) from MCIS (forerunner to Microsoft Exchange) to Cyrus IMAP server.

The only way that i found, is to use the IMAP protocol. I tested a few tools that a found on Freashmeat.net and IMAPSYNC was for the best one. Everything works perfect from MCIS to Cyrus except the duration of the migration.
For about 250 Mailboxes (approx. 350Mb) it lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. You see, for my 16.000 mailboxes this way of migration takes a few days!

The MCIS mailbox format is EML.

My questions:

- Has anybody of you ever migrated from an MCIS (or Exchange Server) to Cyrus IMAP server and how?

- Is there a tool to convert the EML mailboxes to Cyrus mailboxes?

- other suggestions?

Thanks.
Regards,

Twixi
