mail read by IMP

Hi, can someone help me...

I'd install IMP web mail (HORDE framework) on my redhat 9, currently my users' mail retrieve mail from spool folder when log in their IMP web mail,

maildir=/var/spool/mail folder,

I want to change users' mailbox to their home directories,

/home/USER dir,

and can be read by IMP web mail, I had tried using procmail recepies, .procmailrc, it worked, the mail for the users are in the /home directories but cannot be read by IMP web mail, is it the IMAP problem or else??... I still cannot find the solution yet...
