Unhappy Lost WinXP when I installed RH8 GRUB HELPPPP!!!

I am in a really bad fix here. I installed Linux RH 8 on my girlfriend's machine. She is a big fan of QT. Well as it goes, she had two installations of windows - Win98 on C and Win XP on D. The bootloader was XP's own. I partitioned the system with System Commander and installed the System Commander bootloader. It recognised the partitions of both 98 and XP without a hitch.

I installed Linux next. It was installed at the end of the hard drive. It also went without a hitch. I didnt install GRUB in the hope of System Commander recognising the Linux installation on hda8. That was my big mistake. As it turned out not only did SC not recognise the Linux installation, it went straight into Windows. I even tried adding the Linux partition by toggling its bootable status to yes. Still no luck whatsoever.

I installed GRUB back on hda(Thanx to LQ), but it now shows only 2 OS's. RH8 and Win98...NO XP . I tried installing BootMagic 7.0 but even then no luck. It doesnt recognise linux and XP. Any words of wisdom?? How can I get XP back? Im in seriously troubled waters with my girl.... PLEASE HELP

You just need to add the option for xp in grub, ofcourse RH doesn't have NTFS support by default, there is a replacemant kernel for RH that supports NTFS. I don't know where to find it though. I thought System Commander would support win98, winxp, & linux. There is a free bootloader out there called Gag, can't tell you where to find it though. It might be good to email the System Command support.
