looking for very stable distro and 32 bit while working with 4gb ram!!!!!

well ive been long time looking for a right distro for me
my problems are basicly the nvidia card and wireless
and all those distro searches ive found that the best one the identified everything "out of the box" was a 32 bit version
the only thing that made me delete that distro (mandriva one)
was that it didnt identify all my 4 gb of ram !!
i cant say that its best mainly because i almost did not try using a 32 bit distro
all i tried were 64 distros and i guess that mainly this is the problem!!
i have no problem with a 32 system but i want to able to use all my memory..
i wanted to know if anyone could suggest a good distro
and how can i make all my 4gb ram to work in a 32 os!!

thnx

my pc is gigabyte w468n specs are
Intel Core 2 Duo T9500 2.5ghz
4 gb ram
nvidia 8400m gs 256 m card
and wireless .... forgot his name not at home now .. atheros something i think:P
and thnx again

Anything that uses/allows the 32 bit PAE kernel should do what you want, if 64 bits is the problem.
