Basically I am looking for a Trustworthy Linux admin who is familiar with administrating a Redhat Linux Enterprise Box with CPanel and Web Host Manager.

The server is dedicated and runs a large security web site. Frankly the site has gotten to big for me to do everything myself.

I need a guy (or girl ) who could update services when vulnerabilities come out and maybe install some software now and then. Also looking for someone who could configure rsync to backup to a remote server nightly.

I do not want this to be a wambam thank you mam job, Because of the fact my site is frequently targeted by malicious users I would like to develop a relationship with a prospective admin.

Can't offer a huge amount as far as a cash incentive since the site is run from my own pocket, but I can pay a resonable fee. Also free webhosting email and domain registration will be given as part of the package.

I would prefer someone who is familiar with my site just because I would know they have a vested interest in keeping it up, but this is not required.
