I installed SuSE on my PC and after two days of work i tried to do something , but i see now i was mad to do that,

i deletet the only one user which was created, i didn't see any problem till i logged out and logged in again as a root, the system rfused my login user name and password, they are right but it say nothing and return again to the login screen, i tried to change the desktop KDE and GENOME but nothing.

finally i tried to use one of desktop models found in the list that i didn't try before. i tried the last one, called FAILSAFE. it gives me a terminal window, i tried to recreate users but also failed to login,

ok i think its just how you typed it above, but are you trying to say
that you can't even log in as root anymore ?

if you can log in as root, why can't you just run :
adduser
or
useradd
and add a new normal user ....

So login in failsafe mode and use the command

adduser
or
useradd

and set up a new user...
