cute idea, but.....
I have my home machine set up with a "working" distro + 10 or so "playpens"---distros that I have installed to see how they work--or just to tinker with. This is not hard to set up and is going to give a much better environment than working thru a web interface.

Even running from a live CD should be better than the web interface??

Through what do you use these distros?
UML? QEMU? plain old installation?

...I like the site, it has nice tutorials...

its a differnt idea that for sure

and in response to the live cd comment
yea that would be good if you could do anything on a live cd
with it being a static disc there is not much conf editing you can do and learn from

for the most part what i recommend doing to learn linux is if you have a friend like me
all my friends are learning linux via ssh "putty" and VNC off a machine i have sitting in my house on a 8Mbs up/down stream it was my main pc ill be using a p4 i have laying around for that here in th enext few weeks with any luck

really if you know and love linux like i do you should be out there converting people
