I don't have an internet connection, how can I install MPLayer and other software, I tried to download it and burn it to a cd but I still could not get it to install. It is easy to see that I am really new to LINUX, using command line, script the whole Linux way of computing.
http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/
download the mplayer player package from here as well as any dependencies, burn them on to a cd and double click to install them
