Well, you could actually regard Linuxquestions.org as a collection of solved cases, though presented solutions may not be without pitfalls or be of varying quality: troubleshooting definitely is an Art.

Most discussion of troubleshooting, and especially training in formal troubleshooting procedures, tends to be domain specific, even thoughthe basic principles are universally applicable.
At its core you would:
- identify the problem,
- research solutions,
- apply and test,
- document.
*And no, there does not exist a single resource that encompasses all you would want to know about.

Linux is very wide, You have to make number of categories according to distro and errors.
If you divide the dictionary category wise, you need to use search function there too to reach to the solution of your problem and if you have to use search then use search now using Google.
and whatever your error is, There is 90% chances that LQ solution may be the first link.
LQ is number one site for solutions of all Linux problems.
If you are seeing LQ as a solution then Google can be your dictionary.
Thank you so much guyz, it means such things doesn't exact and the way i am doing troubleshooting now by google that is they way each linux system administrator is doing.
