Linux Traditional File Access Mechanism
with example if possible
i'm new to linux so please help me out

Your quesytion doesn't make a lot of sense. Are you talking about accessing a file as a user, reading/writing a special device file, or what? I guess the "traditional" access method for normal (i.e. non-special) files is the same as any other system -- they are read off the disk, tape, or network file system.

If you need more than this, then you'll have to clarify your question.

This looks like homework---tell us more about the course, etc.
"Traditional" with respect to Linux could be about the Unix traditions.

If not homework, then tell us more about what problem you are trying to solve....
