Hi sunnyvijay!!!
Not sure if that's possible. But I've a much better alternative for you, and it's called a Linux Live CD. The most used Live distribution at the moment is
Knoppix. It works like this, you put the CD on the drive and turn the computer on. It will boot into Linux without installing a single thing on the HD or bootloader. It detects hardware flawlessly and at the end, you get a powerful desktop based on Debian Linux with Office and much more applications in a total over 2GB worth of software.
If later you decide to install Knoppix into your HD, one command at the terminal and it's done
.
Still, depending how your program is, there should be no problems making a port for Windows: gtk, qt and other libraries has a win32 version as far as I know
.
It's also possible to run applications for Linux in Windows with
cywin, but I never did that...
Good luck!
