I have two kubuntu discs 8.04, and 9.04 and they both freeze during the installation and I can't install windows cause for some reason windows always does a boot loop when i install it and try to run it. is it something in the bios or something? any ideas??

What do you mean by freezing?
When does this happen?
Error messages
What system are you using?
Did you burn the disk yourself?
Did you verified the downloads? (md5sum)
The installation stops when copying files the mouse freezes and the pc doesn't do anything and no error message. and I verified the md5sum im not sure what kind of computer im using cause someone gave it to me and they built it there selfs, and yes I burned the disc myself
