Linux KDE OSX look

I like the look of OSX. I am using KDE and have looked for OSX themes. The best theme I have found so far is "baghira". Now my windows have the OSX look but I am looking for a matching icon theme.

If you have a KDE themed as OSX I would like to know what rpm downloads you recommend.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want an OSX. I like my linux, it is just the style is very good. I have OSX but I like my Linux better.

I installed the following RPM format icon theme via SuSE YaST but I don't know what to do next. I have previously successfully installed an icon theme which wasn't in the PRM format. What do I need to do to get this theme to work?
