Linux, FreeBSD, or Solaris 8

For my senior project, i'm developing a simple web community, and i've decided on using PostgreSQL, AOLserver, and OpenACS to manage the content, but i'm having trouble deciding what operating system to use. I've heard great things about all three, but right now i'm leaning towards FreeBSD. i was wondering if any of you had some info for me, INFORMED opinions, or personal experience to share...

Personally I prefer Linux. But FreeBSD is a good choice, too (but harder to configure).
Why I prefer Linux? It's more common than BSD and there's much more documentation, software etc. Plus there're more devide drivers.
I haven't used Solaris on my personal machines, so I can't tell anything about it.
