What kind of certification is considered as attenticated in the world

Well there's a lower-level certification that you can keep for life (don't have update it to keep it) called Linux+. There's also a two higher-level certifications that is kind of like a competitor to an MCSE/MSCA, called LPI and SAIR (I think there two seperate ones).

There's the "Red Hat Certified system's engineer" aswell
