Question "Like a Rock"

I was wondering which distribution is most like Rock Linux, a basic linux system (no files being moved from how it is supposed to be). I am interested in getting ximian desktop but I have no idea which one I should use with it because they are all "off the shelf" distros. They don't have one for "standard" linux just for:
Debian GNU/Linux 2.2 ("potato")
Red Hat Linux 6.2, 7.0, 7.1, or 7.2
Linux Mandrake 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, or 8.0
SuSE 7.1 or 7.2
TurboLinux 6.0
LinuxPPC 2000
Yellow Dog Linux 1.2 or 2.0
Solaris 7 or 8

If you can tell me which of these I should get I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance,
Gilkyboy

i would suggest slackware.. its has basically stayed the same with files staying in the original locations from the beginning, also being the first linux distro, oldest and has the most loyal followers who use it. its solid and the most unix like linux distro.
