licq problems


when i try to send a message with licq i get this error read out in the network window '10:45:08: [WRN] Handshake error, remote side closed connection.' anyway to fix that so i can send and recieve instead of just receiving?

sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. is it just licq's servers or smoethin i'm doing? whats another KDE icq client that works?

KICQ is an ICQ client specifically designed for the KDE desktop.

But I haven't used it so I really can't say how well it is.

You may also want to check out Gaim , it works with Yahoo, MSN, ICQ and others.
