Keyfile & Password using cryptsetup
 

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew if it were possible to use a key file and a password for an encrypted drive? I know you can have a key file and a password so that you can use one or the other to unlock a encrypted partition, but is it possible to have it require both?

You might be able to set it up so that there is an encrypted disc, requiring one or the other, then a partition on that disc that is also encrypted requiring the remaining.

But I don't know if that is what you mean.
