Keyboard delay is too long and kbdrate seems to have no effect (RH8.0)
 

On RH8.0, the keyboard repeat delay is just long enough to be annoying (as in, almost a second). According to kbdrate it's set at the minimum (250 ms) -- but on my old RH6.2 system, 250 ms was a lot faster than on this one.

Any ideas?!
