Very long thread but I have more or less the same problem. I have downloaded the PCMCIA-CS and unpacked it.

When I run 'make config', it asks me where the 'Linux kernel source directory' is. I installed RH 7.3 from binaries (I do have SRPMS -2 extra CDs).

'/usr/src' and './redhat' and subdirectories seem empty. No linux directory under '/usr/src', though.

Please let me know what I should do. Thanks a bunch.
