Angry Kernel panic...suse 10.0 how do I use the rescue disk?

Hello,

I have been running suse 10.0 for almost 2 months now without any trouble but when I try to boot yesterday, it came up with this erro "Kernel panic - not syncing:Fatal exception in interrupt"

So far I have tried to use the resuce disk but I don't know what to do. I have my boot partiton separately.

Thanks.
