Kernel Compilation


Hello,

After compilation of Kernel version 2.4.30, iam getting an erro " socket drivers not loaded" and "unable to mount root file system on 00:00"

I recompiled it again but getting the same problem. I need your kind guidance.
I'll be thankful to you all.

Well, more details on your setup, hardware used, what you compiled with.. cause most likely you left some support out in which you apparently needed.
