Kernel Boot problem

hi
i've got Pentium D 820 2.8 GHZ
RC410M of MSI
Nvidia 7300GS
Sumsung HD160JJ

i'd tryd to install:
Fedora 8
Ubuntu 7.10
Debian 4
manderiva

they all stack at the kernel boot/post an error/dosn't lunche the installsion
i'v got the last bios version (1.2)

Try running the install with

Code:

noacpi

and force a video mode like 1024x768 or 800x600 (read the help on the boot to see how) or at the very worst using say, Ubuntu, try the ALT-INSTALL disk and install from text mode. Then you can worry about the Nvidia driver once it's up.

i'd try'd also text install on the intergrant and on the 7300GS
didn't work'd...
