kdm don't find gnome


Well, i have installed kdm and kde.

One day i decided to install gnome, i have done it. But i can't choose the option gnome in kdm (there's not the option gnome), so i installed gdm (there i have the option gnome) but i prefer use kdm . Well, what i'm supposed to do to kdm to choose gnome?

type locate kdm

su -

to change to root and go to that folder. There should be a file in there (perhaps called kdm) and type

vi filename

to edit it. You should see the entry for KDE. Using that as a model, type in the stuff for Gnome and it should appear in KDM.
