KDE hangs when enabling wlan0 at boot.
Hi
I've installed GNU Debian on my vaio laptop en successfully installed ndiswrapper to work with my belkin wireless card. If I bring up wlan0 after KDE has started using "ifup wlan0" the system works fine. When I add the line "auto wlan0" to /etc/network/interfaces to start the device automatically, KDE hangs after the splash screen, and it also take a long time for the "Initializing System Services" step to complete. Any idea what might be the problem here? |
does the boot set it up correctly
