it's official !!!!!!!!!!!

i would like to announce that about five minutes ago i became completely windows independent....
after two weeks of intensive learning (ie 10 hours a day in front of a monitor), i have finally compiled, installed, and configured every piece of hardware i have. including a fabulous low latency kernal patch for audio recording, digital camera, and finally my modem. this is my first time connected to the internet as a linux user and i feel great. i want to thank all the linux lovers who helped me through the tough learning curve. the community is alive and strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woohoo! Congratulations, you beat me I still dual boot, but just for P2P stuff.

Nice job frolix8!

It's sure nice to see there are more and more geeks everyday

Hey, can you tell me more about this low latency patch and exactly what it does, and maybe where to get it?

Cool
