is there GUI fsck?

is there a gui fsck that will allowme to run fsck without reboot to rescue disk or knoppix?

and how to make a fsck that check whole /dev/hda?
which contain ntfs, vfat and ext3 partition?

No there is no gui fsck as you will not want to load your system in a write mode in most cases in which loading X needs.

And I wouldn't recommend running fsck on a Windows native type format like NTFS or vfat.
