Is there a command to boot a different OS on reboot without editing grub.conf?

I would like to reboot my machine remotely, but I want it to load windows on this reboot, however I would like fedora to remain as the default OS for grub. Is there a command to do so?

Sure it is ! I was wondering how it is done in my SuSE 10.0. KDE's logout window has a drop-down restart button with options to boot the others OS.
I was following this thread looking for the answer, and here it is !
But I never thought google can answer that one...

Thanks for the answer acid_kewpie !
