Its been quite long now that I posted a thread, since I was busy doing other stuff (provide for a family of four) that kind of thing. Anyway I am interested in having an internet connection that will cater our community neighborhood in such a way that I will serve them via my server installed in my residence and cable them into their houses. So we will call this an internet community provider. I'll be using a linux distro for my server setup. My question is I'll be using a prepaid type of using the internet account. Which I would like also to monitor in my server. My client or neighbor will be paying me an account for using the internet in their own computer. Are there programs in linux that i can use to monitor the accounts of my clients like that use in internet cafe? Cafe Management software that is under GPL? Ill be glad to hear from you on this kind of setup, so that can help my nieghbor access the internet. If this will be feasible I can help the children in our neighborhood access to vast knowledge of information that will be useful in their studies. Hoping that you will gave me information on this.
