Here is my current hard drive setup.

4.3 gig IDE --> Primary master --> windows 2000

4.5 gig SCSI --> ID 0 --> Redhat 9

I am trying to install a 10 gig drive into windows for games. When I hook it up, the BIOS sees it properly as primary slave but when it passes POST it hangs upon loading LILO. All I see is the ever popular LI and the system hangs. If I unplug the power to the drive both OS's boot properly. Below is my lilo.conf, which you shouldn't need as I do not want to even see this drive in Redhat, just windows.

then put it into lilo and just dont mount it in redhat ?

Make sure the slave drive jumpers are configured correctly.
