Install FC4 w/ Vmware, right of the Harddrive (vmware aceses ISO of HD, no CDs)

Is it possible for me to install fedoracore4 w/ VMWare aithout burning it to a cd? My slow CD-RW drive isn't working anymore and since I got the ISOs already on the Harddrive, I hate waiting to burn a cd.
