Info about ScreenSavers

Hi,

I just got a laptop with very nice screen savers (I'm not use to use them. A blank screen is enoguh for me ). Some are very "interesting", as they are acutally performing simulations and that kind of things. Does anyone know where to get more precise information about what they are doing? I'm not asking about how to program them, but the ideas behind the algorithms. For instance, there is a nice screensaver called "euler2" which, for mee, looks like as the simulation of a small universe, with galaxies and stars moving around. I would like to know what did the designers have in mind with its, if it is calculating gravity forces and trajectories, and so on or if it corresponds to a totally different matter.

Thank you very much in advance...
