Greetings!
I connect from a windows box running PUTTY to a FC6 box.
When i'm in input mode in VIM, the number pad does not behave correctly. Entering a number from the numberpad results in a letter being placed on a new line. If i hit the 'num-lock' key the help menu pops up.
In a bash shell the number pad works correctly.
I am unsure if this a putty issue or a VIM issue. I suspect its a VIM issue, on account that under bash the numpad works fine. Looking briefly @ the documentation for vim @
http://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/usr_toc.html I didnt see any thing about configuring the number pad.
Any one with an idea is more than welcome to respond.
cheers.
steve
